What will you learn?
You learn how the industry is structured, how to deal with customers and colleagues, and how to follow the rules and procedures that apply to money handling and private information. Most of the work you train for is administrative, clerical and front counter style: answering enquiries, processing applications and keeping records accurate. The qualification assumes no prior experience, and graduates usually begin under general supervision while they build judgement on the job.
