What will you learn?

You learn how to talk with people who are grieving, explain the options for burial or cremation, and keep your own composure while doing it. You also cover the practical side: infection control, safe handling, and body preparation carried out under supervision. Most of the role is done with a fair amount of independence, so the training builds judgement about what a family needs and when to bring in a supervisor.
