What will you learn?

You learn how funerals are arranged and conducted, how to support people through grief without losing your footing, and how to supervise the staff and coordinate the teams who make the service happen. Health and safety gets real attention too, because the work involves vehicles, equipment, manual handling and grieving clients in equal measure. It suits someone already working in the industry who is ready to hold responsibility for their own work and other people's.
