What will you learn?
You build on the trade skills you have and learn to work from complex drawings and specifications, carry out precise measurements and calculations, plan your own jobs and report on technical work. There is also a training side to it: you learn to pass on skills to others and give guidance within a work team. It assumes you are already in a trade with access to structured training, so it is not designed as a pre-employment course.
