What will you learn?
You learn how to plan and run sessions that suit the people you are coaching, from juniors to adults, and how to keep them safe while they train and play. First aid, workplace health and safety and basic risk management are part of the core, along with reviewing your own coaching and improving it over time. There are no entry requirements, so it suits school leavers, parents and career changers, though some sports also expect you to hold that sport's own coaching accreditation.
