What will you learn?
You build on the practical skills you have picked up on the job and learn how to manage health and safety across a farm, keep work environmentally sustainable, and monitor and improve the agricultural systems and projects you are responsible for. There are no formal entry requirements, but the course is written for people with some industry experience who are ready to oversee staff and make day to day decisions.
