What will you learn?

You pick a direction: management, which covers running a team, preparing quotes and planning and overseeing jobs, or specialty cleaning and restoration, which deals with fire, smoke and water damage, mould and contaminated sites. The core study covers setting your own work priorities, spotting and controlling workplace hazards, writing simple workplace documents, and organising and monitoring cleaning tasks. There are no entry requirements, so you can enrol without prior qualifications.
