What will you learn?
You learn how to lead a team through a busy service, build rosters that cover peak periods, coach newer staff, and handle complaints and conflicts when they come up. Working within a budget and keeping costs under control are covered alongside day-to-day work health and safety. It applies to restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs and cafés, and you can focus your electives on food and beverage, accommodation or gaming.
