What will you learn?

You learn how to run coaching that meets each participant's needs, get them ready for competition, provide first aid and keep the training environment safe. It also covers working through conflict between people and reviewing your own coaching so it keeps improving. There are no entry requirements, though some sports ask for their own accreditation through the national sporting organisation.
