What will you learn?
You learn where to find reliable information about destinations, products and travel options, how to serve customers well, and how to work respectfully with people from different cultures. Safe work practices are covered too, since much of this work happens around the public, in the field or behind a desk at a visitor centre, tour operation, resort or heritage site. It suits people who want practical skills they can use across many employers rather than training for one narrow job.
