What will you learn?
You study how to lead communication in a team, guide others to think through problems rather than just follow instructions, and put together budgets and financial plans that hold up in practice. There is also work on writing workplace policies, including ones that cover sustainability. It is commonly taken by people moving into frontline management or broadening out from a specialist role into wider business operations.
